When I first read the James Murdoch story for the Atlantic magazine edition for the month of April, I was blown away by the well researched interview with James Murdoch that gave an eye to the succession based family and its influence on American political discourse. Since then I have enjoyed reading articles from Tim Alberta, Tai Nehisi Coates, and even old articles from pundits such as hunter s Thompson scathing obituary of Richard Nixon dated April of 1994. Why should one buy Atlantic? It is a time capsule of America’s history when it came to the media and analyzing the world. Even if you don’t agree with everything it says, it’s a symbol of a bygone era when good journalism was the norm. There is some bias, but in the world of extreme it is hard to be 100 percent impartial.
