This app is super helpful and definitely a 5 star app. Super helpful for scheduling our pickleball play, and allowing members to sign up for scheduled play, make a post, add a comment to a date, change a “yes” to a “no”, direct message to one or more members, etc. I do wish that there was a way for the leader to pin a direct message to stay at the top, or at least not disappear from the feed after a couple of comments are made. Are you tired of getting dozens of texts each week just from one game? This solves the problem. Everyone just joins the group. Leaders create events and people can check in if they want to play. Leaders can setup reminders and notifications if you like them. I appreciate the ability to organize without the hassles of text after text. Anytime I need anything corrected with this app I shoot an email to customer and they get back to me promptly and are happy to help. Great staff working in that dept.! On the app itself I find that the Comments sections are confusing to most users. It’s not very clear where your comment is ending up, and it gets confusing to keep a linear sense of the responses. Other than that, it’s a helpful app to organize games that have many people participating. Excellent customer service! As a retired person who loves to play sports, Team Reach is the only App you need to collaborate with groups, friends, and clubs! We use it for everything! Keep up the great work! Would like to see an enhancement where the Admin can hide individual responses ( yes, no, maybe) to calendar events. Great App!
