This app is absolutely insane. I was charged a $90 cancelation fee for a task that my tasked blatantly said he was unable to complete. I did not choose him. I was assigned a tasked, explained the task in chat, he said he could not do it, so we cancelled. And I was charged a fee for what? Messaging someone in an app and being told they weren’t capable of the task I thoroughly described when booking it? This policy is absolutely insane. They offered me a credit, but why would I want to risk trying to hire another person just to be told they can’t do it either? The tasker did not even come to my house! He made nearly $100 from me to have a two message chat exchange where he said he couldn’t complete the job. Extortionate beyond belief.
