Opened the old app and needed to update. I did update. No scam shield. Followed instructions, not there. Tried to use search, only white screen. Deleted app and re-installed. Same results. White screen. No Scam Shield. After Scam Shield is installed you need to keep logging in to turn it on. The app keeps turning off. The old version worked. This is just sad . I love the customer service and I am grateful to be trusted when I am unable to pay my bill that they know I will pay the bill and they keep my service on that is T-Mobile working for a client.
