Overall very detailed and insightful for learning about brands and specific supplements. Helps to find quality and research backed supplements that will be better for overall health. Important in an unregulated industry to have some standards to help narrow down what’s actually good and useful vs what is not. It’s not too often that a 5 star app comes along these days but this is definitely one of them. It has a few minor issues but they’re constantly working it and overall it’s an amazing app. Before this app, I wasn’t even looking into how reputable brands are but now that’s one of the most important factors.
