I write summary notes for my pastor. It's so easy to just start a recording and let AI record the discussion or sermon, while Im free to participate. Then, shortly, in a minute or two two I have a transcript AND a beautiful summary with headings and bullet points. I just paste them into my previously created template and my work is done! While the app gave a thorough explanation on how to use it, I was just hoping that it would t ask me to pay after a one-day free trial. To my delight, the app lets you use its utilities for free (no charge). Not to mention, its resources are certainly NOT bad. It did a very well job in summarizing my 12-minute lecture, and the notes were clear and concise. This is an app I will definitely be using everyday! Amazing! A bit of background about myself: I’m a licensed life insurance agent in the state of Ohio. So every week, we have a virtual team meeting on Mondays at 8:30am. These meetings covers last weeks numbers, important dates and events, guest speakers, and more. So there is a lot of notes being taken. A lot of hand cramping. Using this app for the first time is a game changer! Before using this app, I attempted to take notes using a web-based, ai-powered platform called Firefiles.ai to take meeting notes for myself. Unfortunately, the owner of the agency kicked it off after deciding not to record the call. I record the meeting and store them on my laptop incase there was any information I might’ve missed. Then, I downloaded this lovely little pocket meeting recorder. And I have to say, this has taken better notes than I have in the past few months. No fluff. No missing information. And straight to the point. I will definitely be using this in future meetings. And highly recommend others getting the app as well! DON’T THINK JUST DOWNLOAD! Hands down I love this when you are recording notes it don’t stop recording even if you get a text or notifications. I had one that would stop on every ding. Or text. Highly recommended to someone who is slow or not great at note taking.
