Within minutes noticed I bought the wrong size, I emailed them, contacted chat for customer service, help center, everywhere!! These people never respond, the email they have listed EVERYWHERE doesn’t even work anymore. Literally getting confirmations that my order is processing, when I’ll be receiving it, everything, but not ONE person can help with cancelling my order within minutes of processing. I deleted this funky app years ago, and this reminded of why. BUY WITH CAUTION, YOU WILL NOT! WILL NOT, be able to get your money back. HORRIBLE, strongly advise to buy on another platform.
