I started sparking in October 2025, I went through the entire background check process. Not even a full month in and the app started glitching. I have been unable to spark since November 21 2025. Everytime I call support they give me the run around and no one seems to know why this is happening. Every day I call and they all say it will be resolved within 48 hours, but it’s still yet to be taken care of. Very disappointed because I was counting on the work for the holidays. I would not recommend this app to anyone because no one in customer service, not even tier 2 representatives knows what’s happened or can help. Escalation is not even a thing and you can’t speak with a supervisor or manager. They are basically just saying “oh well” .. Door Dash has been getting me by, you make less money on the offers BUT there are no app glitches or problems, support is very knowledgeable and helpful.
