The app is excellent, but what I found most satisfying is the ability to get context information on what ever you might be looking at (graphs, gauges, readouts, etc). They’ve cleverly placed little information “circle-i’s” on pretty much any piece of data or observation you come across, they all seem to work well (not broken) and all give a decent amount of detail on what you’re looking at Excellent App. Lots of detail and context The app is excellent, but what I found most satisfying is the ability to get context information on what ever you might be looking at (graphs, gauges, readouts, etc). I’m very new to tracking space weather (aurora chasing) but this app makes it easy to do. Everything is organized and easy to understand. And if you don’t understand something, the answer’s not far - just touch the little blue question mark and voila! It’s right there. My favorite part - the notifications. Now, you don’t know me, but if you did, you would know that I hate notifications. HATE them. They interrupt incessantly at the worst possible times and never for something important. But just now, I felt a genuine jolt of elation upon being notified that an X flare just happened. (!!!) Actual, true elation. Hence, my review. Well done, Space Weather team! Thanks for putting everything in one place and making it easily navigable so newbies like me can find the elusive aurora. And learn to our heart’s content along the way. I highly recommend! Love this app so much ! Keeps you directly up to date with flares and watches etc. my only wish would be for widgets! And maybe the choice of notification sounds, I keep them on and want a special one for this! LOVE Love this app so much !
