As always they make it easy to book a flight, check in and they answer any questions you may have. I called and spoke to a representative yesterday due to a couple questions I had. I love SWA, some folks complain about everything now a days, but they get me where I need to go, I’m treated very well. This is transportation, don’t hoot and holler and act like a fool, you’ve looked for the cheapest most economical flight and then you want to be treated like a king or a queen, don’t treat their employees like their substandard, you’ll be asked to leave, for me, I love these folks, and if you disagree, take a bus or a train.
