I reached out to customer service and was guided smoothly and professionally on how to dispute the charge through the app. I was given the time frame for the review process and the response and discussion was settled much faster than I expected! Does it not allow you to change your password in the app? I logged in multiple times and confirmed that I do indeed know my password, but when I enter my current password on the screen to update my password it says I have the current password wrong!
