We used solid starts to help navigate solids with our first born since he was 4 months old. The app was super helpful guiding us through a transition that felt stressful. After the first year, we no longer needed the app. Unfortunately, it auto renewed. I reached out to the customer service and not only did they refund the annual subscription we no longer needed but they found an error that had caused the original subscription to double charge us and they refunded that too!
