Feedback - 5 pages to get through a repeat order. Should be one page of “yes, all the same, same place, asap” Make it so the app doesn’t stop my music when I open it. This Smoothie King is my go to smoothie spot. I’ve been to different locations in CT and out of state. The employees are top notch. They know their clients and even know what they typically get. All their ingredients are fresh and well prepared. We typically get a bowl at least once a week and when I order, they always know it’s us. They are always friendly and can multitask when it gets crowded. Our favorite stop by far. Today it was a huge shout out to A.P. and Adrian. Great place This Smoothie King is my go to smoothie spot. I’ve been using the app for a few months and I woke up yesterday to order before I go to the office, and the app requires me to login. No big deal right- wrong! I typically use face login, but the app didn’t accept that. I tried to change my password but it denied every single password I tried to create. Now I can’t access the app at all, due to this password problem. I emailed cst service. Idk what else to do. Every time I go the people are friendly. Tonight there was this guy named Michael in Overland Park he is extremely friendly. He stopped cleaning for us and when we stayed for a little while he talked with us after he finished cleaning. By far the best experience.
