Skull-iQ: Headphone Customization

I don’t know why there are so many people leaving bad reviews. I am having a blast with my Method 360 ANC earbuds. They work flawlessly and I prefer them over any other earbuds. So, my re-review is due to my lack of problem solving capabilities and not having the necessary resources to adequately navigate to the next screen. There’s gotta be more uninformed individuals like me that didn’t know why the screen was stuck on choose your region screen… Anyways, other than that little pothole on the road, the IQ App is pretty cool. I have the Rail ANC, and by far the best earphones I had , taking into consideration the cost, performance, durability, and style…. Oh, and of course, the many options you can control through the IQ App is second to none. My favorite option is the hearing test that personalizes and enhances your hearing experience. I had my grind fuel earbuds for over a year now and they’re great, but all of a sudden when I’m connected to Bluetooth and I hop in the app it keeps asking me to connect to Bluetooth and it’s not working. Please someone let me know what I should do with this?
