Simple has been a very helpful resource and tool! The AI coach keeps me motivated & offers extensive information and advice! I like the many facets within the app that has collectively made me feel more confident in how I approach my health journey!Although I am still working on building a daily habit of doing Wall Pilates, in this process, I’ve developed a foundational conscious awareness of what and how I’m eating and feeling. I’m Losing weight but the best part is my mindset around food and exercise is transforming! I highly recommend this app! I have used many weight loss apps, and so far, I am enjoying this one the most. It uses science-based recommendations to set your goals & the interface is colorful and user-friendly! I have seen many health benefits since starting, such as better sleep, less bloating, scale going down, and more energy. I have tried so many diet plans…everything from counting calories to eating powder no flavor food. I lost a lot of weight but when started eating “real food” again I gained it all back and more. I was so frustrated,I felt tired, having trouble breathing and my joints ached all the time. I decided to try Simple and I’ve been on for almost a month now, the numbers on the scale are going down slowly, (I’ve lost 12 pounds so far) but I feel so much healthier and lighter. It was hard at first but the more I did it the longer I was able to fast. It really is so Simple!
