It can be a tough to start, but just stick with it and you learn quick. Easy tasks, quick pay outs and shifts go quick. Once you get the hang of it you can build your day with multiple shifts. I am in my second week and love the flexibility of scheduling and choosing where and when I work. Overall, staff has been supportive. I'm inquiring about my account and me being banned. I do apologize about the language that I used out of frustration, in those last messages. The lack of support drew me to that point. Looking over past messages on old tickets you can see the amount of patients I showed in seeking help. I stand by some of the errors I spoke of with your system but I do not feel as if being banned is the correct action. Especially when alot of partners(older workers like myself), one where use to the previous support system where live agents would email us and two, feeling abandoned while seeking support for this platform.
