I’m not sure what Securus did, but it was a pleasant experience using the phone feature this time around. The messages were still a little wonky at times but ok most times. Biggest change was how refunds are processed and handled now. Doing great Securus!! Good changes! I’m so Thankful for this service to be able to talk to my Husband. Reviews not being sent out of their bad when we talk about the app and how slow it is and the racist not putting messages through they don’t like that! I wish some is would come out with a better form of communication cause this isn’t it!
