After both my cats passed away I was searching for something to fill the void. I volunteered at a shelter but was quickly overwhelmed. I realized I missed the one-on-one time, in a safe environment. This was my first time using the service. I was a bit frantic because I was away from home on a work emergency for an extended period and it was very hot out. Rover had great customer service that helped get my account set up very quickly, and I was even being impatient. They were very helpful. I have occasionally used Rover to find emergency dog sitters for two 80 lb golden retrievers. It has worked out much better than previous experiences where I boarded them.
