At first I was scared purchasing the robot as they said the app was glitchy but I got it last week and it works great! If the map room splitting glitches a little bit, try moving the marker, or exit the map and re-open it, that worked for me, other than that works flawless, robot is VERY accurate and pretty smart it remembers permanent objects it can’t see to some degree. I periodically would manually use a mop and try to shampoo my floors, but decades of dirt had become the top surface. Once I was able to name different areas of the map, I tell Alexa to tell Roomba to vacuum and mop the kitchen or dining room and it sets off to do it. And once its back on its charger, for the first time in decades my floors shine, a pleasure to see. Once the firmware was updated, the replacement robot has been operating at 99% accurate or above. This is truly the Roomba that I was hoping for when I made the purchase.
