Definitely like that they updated their measurements because there has definitely been a few time when it wasn’t done correctly. Now you can actually see L x H x W properly. With approximately 8,000 gigs complete and an excellent 5 Star rating, I love the business model. Since UPS bought out the co Pay many things have improved with the ability to deliver, EXCEPT… Customer Service/ Roadie Support Staff (what used to be called the “Roadie Pit Crew”). I think that was because they were so fast to solve problems and take care of issues. Now the support is bad; Really Bad! Once you reach someone, they can usually solve the problem, however now it is impossible at times to reach anyone. We used to be able to call in, now that option doesn’t really exist. Chatting is ok, but the wait for help can be hours… really, Hours! If they improve that, life will be wonderful. I have enjoyed the flexibility and the money. I hope that they can improve this area of the business because time is money for us. NOT five stars but gave it 5 so it would appear and could warn others. I tried this for only a few hours and the jobs I did want or could do were CVS and paid very little for the drive. I also was rejected for almost every one I applied for. They give all the offers to drivers that have been there a long time. If you're a new driver, you don't have a chance you single one, but they don't care as long as they're making money. Very few jobs offered most require trucks NOT five stars but gave it 5 so it would appear and could warn others.
