Everything about this app works great. It’s just bright on the eyes when everything else on my phone is on dark mode. App eeds a dark mode Everything about this app works great. It’s just bright on the eyes when everything else on my phone is on dark mode.
Got my rx approved with my insurance very happy. Good Got my rx approved with my insurance very happy.
Signed up at the discounted $45. Subscription charge for the first month. Then it would be the full pumice for additional months, $145. Did my paperwork, doctor reviewed and approved my prescription, the medication cost is NOT included and I read everything on the website so. I was aware of that. Some aren’t reading the information and then complaining and shucking that responsibility onto the RO company. After the doctor wrote and submitted my RX, I received the medication a few days later. It comes to my door monthly via FedEx next day air. No problems. Thankful for the ease of the whole process. I had a question and I submitted the email received a response in the timeframe promised. Thank you, RO. I’m a happy customer/patient. Seamless. Signed up at the discounted $45. Subscription charge for the first month. Then it would be the full pumice for additional months, $145. This app is wonderful. I was able to set up my account, get a blood test and get my results within 3 days! Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the medication otherwise I would continue using the app. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to try GLP-1s even if you don’t think you’ll be covered it is soo easy to at least check. I signed up for Ro Body and so far the service is 100 percent as advertised. With help of provider, I selected Wegovy auto pen due to cost and convenience. After a blood test which is included in the Ro subscription price, I received my Wegovy in the mail within two days direct from the manufacturer. I personally think Ro is pretty good value bc it removes a lot of friction. I looked into getting medication through a primary care doctor but it cost $150 for an office visit and would have had to pay for the labs. Then at least for the first few months, you have to go back to the primary care doctor to get your script re newed . So doing it that way is kinda annoying (need to have a lot of extra time on your hands) and still costs several hundred dollars on a high deductible plan. Furthermore, since Ro is working directly with both Lilly and Novo, you can get the medication sent direct and is always in supply. For me, the customer service has been fine. It seems like it’s pretty much text message based but I’ve gotten all my responses within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Ro bc the other potentially cheaper routes are just way less convenient. I didn’t do Hims bc they didn’t have a deal with Lilly like Ro and the compounding stuff sketches me out. I was using a compounded topical hair medication and FDA issued a warning on it right after I started using it. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable injecting a knock off drug vs using a brand with a ton of clinical testing.
