This app is wonderful. I was able to set up my account, get a blood test and get my results within 3 days! Unfortunately my insurance didn’t cover the medication otherwise I would continue using the app. I highly recommend this app if you are looking to try GLP-1s even if you don’t think you’ll be covered it is soo easy to at least check. I’m a bit shocked to see the most recent reviews as negative. I did Ro April through today. I lost 47 lbs and met my goal weight. The team was super response (truly a reply within a few hours) and my medication always arrived quickly. Don’t hesitate to get the vials. It was super easy to use. My only feedback is I wish they offered better guidance around off-boarding once you’ve met your goal weight. Even when I canceled my membership there wasn’t even an option to share that I am canceling because “we did it!” I would have honestly kept my membership if had a robust weight MAINTENANCE plan once we reach our goal weight.
