Maintenance requests and payments are SOOO easy on this app! It takes a couple of clicks to get in, drop down menus expedite the process and I’ve gotten so much more taken care of because it’s no longer such a headache to coordinate with the front office, maintenance, etc. Everything is in one, super user-friendly, place! While not the best aesthetically pleasing app, it does make paying rent and requesting maintenance simple. I kind of wish there were more features but maybe that’s just my property and not the app itself.
