I love the scale. It gives so much information and makes you really pay attention to how you eat and making sure that you’re drinking enough water, etc. I love all the information that it gives you. Like the convenience of stepping on the scale and having my weight automatically uploaded to the app along with my other health apps. Not sure how accurate the rest of the data is, but it is a good reference to use, especially the BMI measurement and the area where I can add my body measurements to track those as well.
