Perfect app for outgoing people who can adapt quickly to different environments. I can honestly say this app has helped me with my work ethic and boosted my confidence in my own professional and customer service skills. I like being able to match my clothes to each store’s dress code. I’m also obsessed with shopping so I can mentally do that while I’m working but not even buy anything most of the time. It’s just the thrill around being around all the new stuff! lol The reps who work for Reflex are very responsive. They even talked me through a shift in a hostile work environment due to a permanent employee’s disrespectful treatment towards me. They’ll also add or remove cities so you can work shifts when you travel. Highly recommend! I just finished my 3rd flex and have ZERO complaints. I don’t have any retail experience but after going through onboarding (after 1st flex is booked) I felt ready to go. This is a great way to make some money, especially since there are plenty of reflexes outside of regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5). All the employees I’ve worked with so far have been super helpful and patient with a retail newby like myself. One of the biggest perks is getting paid within 1-2 business days of your shift! The app itself has been smooth, I haven’t experienced any glitches. The gig assignments are retail assignments, paying average retail wages. I love the flexibility Reflex provides. They usually have a good amount of work available. Great sites too, and you get paid the next day!
