Redfin: Find Homes

I’ve used Redfin app for ages just to see what’s listed in areas in interested in buying or selling. We didn’t have any buyers agent we were working with on a recent purchase and figured we might try the Redfin agent. You get at principal agent that works with you on any offers or closings and in our case the first showings. They have associate agents that will let you see properties whenever or wherever. Our principal agent was great and had lots of experience and attention to detail and a great customer advocate and no pressure at all. We would definitely buy with them again and the app is very handy for searching for listings and getting alerts for new properties going on the market or price or status changes. Redfin Agent was great! In my opinion Redfin is the best app for providing all public information regarding their listings, pros and cons even if it is different than an agents description. They provide information and insight on surrounding area of listings to help you understand the value. When it comes to private and residential listings my first choice is Redfin.
