Bermuda is amazing and better every time I return over the past 37 years. This time however…. The agent for Priority Pass in the Bermuda Airport Lounge was less than cooperative or polite while I was re installing the Priority Pass App on my phone after not accepting my current membership number from official communications. She continued with remarks just as my account opened after logging in with QR Code. I choose not to enter the lounge. I will warn my cruise ship travel club.
