I am a self proclaimed weather nerd and this app hits the spot. I love how you can pinpoint an exact location and then are able to get precise information. We have a family cabin on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoma. Not quite lake level but not too much higher. The location its own little micro climate. When snow is forecasted it’s impossible to know with any accuracy how much has fallen (if any) or will fall which makes heading to the cabin in the winter a bit unpredictable. cabin has received. Since none of us are lucky enough to live in Tahoe knowing just how much snow has fallen gives us an idea of how much shoveling we’ll need to do to access the cabin.
