Reason why I gave five stars so you guys can see this review. When you’re selling something and you’re trying to get the pay out is the most difficult thing ever you have to have $300 in your credit and if you don’t have it, you pretty much can’t ship out your package. It’s ridiculous. Also customer support is awful once I figure out how to get this package out. I will never be using this app again. It updated and won’t work now. I’ve closed everything on my phone, restarted my phone, deleted the app and downloaded it again. Before that nothing would load, now I can’t even get logged back in at all. Was great It updated and won’t work now. I've enjoyed shopping on Posh for years, but AI-powered descriptions have absolutely ruined the experience. Everything is now "elegant" and "ideal for versatile styling" while lazy sellers say nothing about the item's actual features or condition. AI has enabled sellers to completely bypass thoughtful examination of their items. Out of the last 12 items purchased, I've returned 5 for stains/damage that were not disclosed in the listing - and this is after I've posted a comment inquiring and gotten a "no flaws" or "great shape" sort of response!
