Julienne was extremely helpful. I was trying to place my order, but needed to have wifi to place my order. She was willing & able to hook me up onto her own personal hotspot so I could place my order. THAT is ABOVE & BEYOND in my opinion Customer service Julienne was extremely helpful. UPDATE: My below review has been addressed. You now have to option of customizing your order. Thanks so mush! 5-stars now! Chicken is always hot, fresh and delicious. Also, try the red beans and rice. One of my favorites from Popeyes.(New Orleans born and raised) I only gave them a three star due to the fact you can not customize your order. For example, I love thighs so if I wanted the 4-pc combo with all thighs, I can not order it in the app. They will only do the standard 4pc (leg, wing, thigh, breast).
