Wish I could give this App a 10 star rating. I have been using Castbox App for many years now (since it was free). Of all the ones I have tried I find this one to be simple easiest and straightforward. I like that its not to many bells and whistles. Tech support is always on the ball with immediate response to an issue I might experience. Thanks Castbox for making my daily routine smooth and easy. Keep up the great work. Best App player now. I’ve been using Castbox for years and love it. I love that I can keep my car library of podcasts organized, get recommendations, read what others are saying, etc. I recently got a new phone and had trouble getting my account synced over. I contacted them and they patiently emailed back and forth with me until we got it worked out. Great support! Great app and great customer service I’ve been using Castbox for years and love it. Like many others, I had become frustrated with the Apple Podcast app, and wanted more options. Years ago, I found Castbox, and liked it so much I eventually subscribed. A couple weeks ago, users started to get an ad error, where the app would restart the podcast after the first ad break, and whenever you tried to fast forward or rewind through an episode. It made the app difficult to use, and people wrote reviews to say as much. With this update, however, the issue has been resolved, and it seems like we are back to normal. The developers did a great job of replying to reviews and in getting the issue fixed quickly. I appreciate the effort they put into making this app great, and communicating with the users. Thanks!
