Love how the workouts are set up and the timer is right there to keep you on track. You can keep track of your previous sets/weights. Love everything about it!! Love the app! This app has been hugely beneficial for me to improve my mobility and to mix up my strength routine. I wasn’t very good at doing mobility work, but am getting better thanks to the options Sally has in the app. Before using the app, I got in a rut doing the same strength exercises over and over again.
