The app does everything it promises to do - and does it well. The design is intuitive and efficient, and also supports Apple Pay and gift cards, and you can choose any delivery type you need. The Panera app is generally easy to navigate and entrees can be customized. One thing it can’t customize are drinks (ice, no ice, have my own cup, etc). This would be super helpful especially for sip cup members who bring their own cup so staff doesn’t have to spend time putting a cup on the counter and the member not needing to pick it up. Also, would be nice to just have one button to click to redeem sip cup drinks instead of having to go thru the whole order process. Do appreciate the random $2 bakery treats. I really love the panera app and ease of ordering! I also like joining sip club in the summer for drinks, but I would love to have an option to select “bring my own cup” so I can reduce waste. I hate that you can’t view the receipts from your previous orders. I almost can’t believe that it’s not a feature and it’s 2025. Other than that, the app works great. Barely a glitch.
