I’ve contacted Customer Service a few times over the years and they’ve always been great. Fast response and great service. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who hikes in the forest. Very detailed excellent reliability. I start off my hiking on a trail and then go through the woods without the trail just using the app. It’s always reliable.
