I was shopping at athleta web and old navy app for back to school clothes for my niece’s birthday. I was bouncing between my two shopping carts trying to compare prices and pieces. When I finally logged into athleta with my gap family login and then quickly realized that my shopping cart consolidated both athleta and old navy into one. This was expected from web experience but an unexpected joy to experience seamless user interface and experience between app and web. I just had to come here and leave a review. I hate bad web or e shopping experience designs so much that I will shop elsewhere, but likewise for a good user interface, it makes e shopping enjoyable not to mention the amazing clothes and deals!! Old Navy is my go to for not only myself but my toddler- always can find something for almost any event, they’re constantly keeping up with styles. Couldn’t love this store more!!
