This is my first transit app review. I am from New Jersey and I use this app a lot. This is also the first train app I got. From my personal experience with the app this is a great app. Very easy to use and find trains. Ones on the train this app is helpful with knowing when I will get to my destinations. I’ve been using the NJ Transit app for years, it’s been extremely useful and convenient. I appreciate not only being able to buy tickets in the app but also view train schedules. My only issue is that the light rail tickets have a 3 minute delay, which tends to glitch. While I understand the reason behind the timer I wish they’d remove it because it stops whenever you turn off your phone. On one occasion I went to show my bus ticket for a ride on a different day but I couldn’t get to my tickets because the timer hadn’t finished yet. I hope NJ Transit addresses this issue.
