As a visitor just passing through for an event, I was expecting a lowest- bidder, out of date transit app. Was pleasantly surprised by how well everything worked. Only point of feedback is to make it clear to the user that the maximum number of tickets that be be activated in one scan is 5, because my group of six panicked when I tried to activate all of them and was told that many could not be activated at once. Activating one separately worked fine.
