Navy Federal: Mobile Banking

Me, my parents, and their parents have used navy federal for as long as I remember and have nothing but good things to say. I’ve been a customer for a long time and every adjustment they make is superb, however, they still lack the ability for dark mode in the app. I wish they improve a little more for people that have sight problema or are not comfortable with bright screens. I absolutely love this bank and everything has a offer. Personal loans, special finance, house, loans, auto loans and great savings interest. However, the app is totally and utterly terrible it’s not interactive it’s not functional and it hardly works. I will never switch using this bank, but the app makes me so mad. I really hope you guys can look into this and make it a little bit more friendly. I don’t know if this has something to do with security, but it has to change.
