I think Mystro is the best app ever—it really does what it’s supposed to do and makes managing rides so much easier. There’s just one feature I’d love to see added: a total time and total distance filter. Right now, Mystro lets me filter by pick-up ETA (time/distance) and ride time/distance separately. The problem is that if I set my pick-up ETA to 5 minutes and ride time to 15 minutes, a ride with a 6-minute pick-up and 4-minute ride will get rejected—even though the total time is only 10 minutes. It would be amazing to have a total time filter so I could just set, for example, 20 minutes total, and Mystro would accept any ride under that, no matter how the time is split. The same goes for total distance—being able to set something like “20 miles total” (pick-up + ride distance combined) would make the filters perfect. Best rideshare assistant app out there! I’ve been using this app and I’ve had a subscription for quite some time now. Simply put, this is a must have app for every gig economy driver. It saves you so much time and also makes you safer because you do not have to take your eyes off the road while driving. It also helps to increase your profitability and eliminate those low ball delivery offerings. Not to mention, the technical support is outstanding. I’ve had many communications with the developer and CEO and they are receptive, accessible and actually do something when you have an issue. That’s pretty rare with software apps today. In short, I can’t possibly recommend this product enough because the product is great, the people are great and it works fantastic. Get this app!
