Jessica always takes time to listen and is always friendly and extremely helpful. The receptionist is efficient and pleasant. I can’t remember the persons name that takes blood but she always gets it first time. The staff on floor 5 were awesome. Never have I had such great care. Actually enjoyed my stay. We joked around although they took their job seriously.
