The Quick Search and Find Care does not work, even though it identifies the number of providers, nothing shows on the map or a list within the app. It really is useless. I had no idea how I would get to my doctor’s appointment today because all my usual rides were either gone or preparing to leave for the holiday. My sister told me on Saturday that I might be able to get a ride from my Medicaid carrier. I called same day and the agent, Tracy was able to help me set up my ride, and she patiently answered all my questions about getting rides to all the places I need to get to - like hair appointments! She was very helpful and kind, unlike most these days. I could hear the lovely smile in her southern drawl! Thank you, Motive care for hiring such a talented sweetheart!
