We have had the Gabb watch for one year- during which time we have struggled with the app a number of times but overall it’s been fine. We bought my daughter the gabb4pro phone for her birthday Dec 1 Since then, every time I open the app it crashes. We wanted to give the watch to little brother but when we switched it over the website is now charging us for three lines instead of two. However— customer service reached out right away to offer support and a refund and to try and fix our issue which I really appreciate. **currently- it’s working. I love the ability to track and communicate with our kids! Update: can now approve child’s tasks. The app no longer lets me approve my child’s tasks, which makes that feature useless.
