I too have an older phone and cannot afford to upgrade my phone. I cannot download the AT&T app because I cannot upgrade Apple software on my phone. This makes paying my account difficult. For me this app is easy to use… I can do all transactions here, pay my bill, upgrade, downgrade, check my usage, not ever had I to call , all the help is right here!! Love it Easy App!
