For me this app is easy to use… I can do all transactions here, pay my bill, upgrade, downgrade, check my usage, not ever had I to call , all the help is right here!! Love it Easy App! My iPhone is updated at the last update installed. Do not try to charge me a late fee because of your negligence to correct this error.
