I love the Spectrum app with good customer service and I was suggested to instead of coming into the building to pay my bills in person a representative suggested to download the app and do it there it makes it easier for me to do instead of over the phone too. I think it is best and my best suggestion is to use the app to pay your bills instead waiting in line at the store itself or pay over phone IMO. But…the part that frustrates me is that recently every month on the first, I had tried to go into the app to pay my internet and cable bills and it would not let me it said “Requires IOS 16.7 or later to update”.
