When signed I up for this workout I assumed I would be able to follow instructions to help me get a better handle on toning my body after some weight loss as well as continued weight loss. I had to come to an understanding with myself that I would not be able to do standing exercises with my back problems. I called Customer service ( Emily Brooks) about a refund. Having already canceled my subscription, she informed me that refunds were not possible but would like to change my workouts to Chair Yoga since I was unable to do standing exercises and if I was agreeable my one time subscription would be extended until February 22(it would have ended Nov 22). She was very clear that there would be no additional charges since the subscription WAS cancelled. I was agreeable and very appreciative of Emily solving my problem with a positive outcome. Looking forward to following my new exercise plan.
