I accidentally hit the wrong button and was charged. Customer service was very responsive and corrected my mistakes. Kudos to Fin, Vlada, Veronika, and Oleh. I was having an issue with logging into the correct account; and also my coins were disappearing and/or not being received. Passion Support was on it! They researched and responded to my inquiry. Once I forwarded my correct User ID everything was straightened out and my coins recovered. They were so patient with me! I’m 70 years old and not technically knowledgeable, but my support representative was great! Thank you!
