Moultrie: Hunting App

Moultrie cameras are high quality most of the time unless it’s rainy or foggy.But my problem is within the camera itself, when I turn the PIR sensitivity to high, it randomly takes a picture exactly every 5 seconds, which is not what I have it set to, I wish to see this change but for now I will keep it on medium. Oh yeah and also, fire all of your customer support people, they are unaware of a simple software and tell you to replace the camera, they are also sometimes extremely rude and do not care about the customer at ALL! Please take this into consideration , thank you ! I know that this company has been working very hard on improving this trail camera and the app, but I am running into a problem where I request videos, but when the camera is next triggered it will not load the videos. This camera has worked very well for me, but I need the videos to see the amount of points some of our giant bucks have. This app is great! It does everything a camera app should and a lot more. My only complaint is that the maps are pretty outdated.
