Microsoft Teams: Collaboration

Great for work, and I can use it off the clock to chat with coworkers as well! I just wish the multiple text color options were on mobile as well. There is also an issue with using dark mode when others are using light mode as your posts will not show up since they appear as white text on a white background which can cause issues. Really nice! I almost feel sorry for the competition. Teams is just so useful when connected to the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem. I can’t imagine working without it. I use this for work a lot and it’s a great tool. One thing I would suggest for an improvement, is allow a way to search a chat of an individual or group chat and not to just search the whole app in the search bar. Everyone pans Teams and says Slack is superior. I’ve used both and, sure, Slack is different, but to me it doesn’t work in a way I understand; I just don’t like it. Teams is a lot better now with the updated chat organization. It work for me instead of against me. I took a few minutes to set it up based on my orgs needs and it’s super easy to find chats. There is no longer a limited 15 pinned chats. You can have as many as you want, you can group them, you can collapse the groups, and filter by unread (and others) for a simplified UI.
