I’m obsessed with this game I’ve been playing for a while. The only thing is I was on android before and now I’m on apple so it was a bit confusing at first trying to connect my accounts but once I did it was perfect. Also kinda sad they took away the watch video option to speak the time up for the chats. Firstly I would like to say that the game is fantastic but I really wanted to highlight the support team. I made the mistake of deleting and redownloading the app. In doing so I lost my progress. When I reached out to support they went above and beyond to help me get my data back. While I was unable to get my data back they did give me the gems I had previously purchased back on my new account. It may seem small but that really means a lot and makes the loss of the save data hurt way less. The mistake was completely my own but support was still willing and ready to help. So first word of advice: MAKE SURE YOU SAVE and take a screenshot of your player ID to have on hand. Second, just know if something does happen that you are in good hands and they truly want the best player experience. I really happy i found this app. I love the design of the characters and the stories. I also love that instead like other apps where you have to pay for diamonds, hearts, etc to select a different action, in this game you could watch adds if you don’t wanna pay.
