I live in DC and have to use multiple semi-functional apps to get bus and metro info, so always use CityMapper instead. The user interface is clean and intuitive, too. Get your act together, WMATA. I was so excited to see that the MBTA finally has an app - I’ve been waiting for this! Haven’t used it that much yet, but the interface seems nice so far. I love that you can see all your closest transit options and times clearly when you open the app. First MBTA app review! I love the app. It has a beautiful design, easy to use, great user interface. The only thing I would recommend is when in times of the holidays, please have an alert or message indicating service schedule changes.
