've been using the Marriott Bonvoy program for some time now, and overall, it's a well-structured loyalty program with a wide reach and solid perks—though not without its frustrations. I’ve been using the app for many years now and have never had an issue. I often prefer using the app to book. There many promotions on the app that I find easier and more accessible. Booking is pretty easy with view of accommodations exactly as they appear. Being a Rewards member is key as points add up.
