Can you please let this app be 10+? 18+ is too high since i’m only 12 and i really want to be able to look like my friends who do sports but i don’t do a sport since my parents look me out of cheer and all the boys at my school say that i’ve gotten fatter.. please 🙏 i just want to feel pretty again. ? Used this app for several months. Using best estimates for food quantities and staying at or under the calculated calories I have lost 20 pounds in 6 months. Less than predicted but adequate. I also started exercising and replacing fat with muscle which weighs heavier. App really helps you control portion size when you start to understand how many calories in a portion. Most of in accuracy comes from underestimating portion size in my experience. Ask three people how big the portion is on your plate 3 different answers. I have been using Lose It religiously for about a month and it has been a game changer. I’m doing modified alternate day fasting with a 500 calorie down day, and a regular 3 meal up day, every other day. It’s working and I love the lifestyle! My weight is steadily going down.
