I am loving Liven on Day #2. It only takes a few minutes and comes with great benefits. While the chat feature and the app are not a substitute for my actual therapist, it’s helpful to be able to think through emotions and be able to process immediately. I feel validated and have a plan in place. I feel more aware of my emotions and feel confident that with learning, implementation, and practice through Liven, I will reach my goals.
